We have tried to answer most of the more frequently asked questions here, but if you still are unsure about any aspect of our service, please do not hesitate to contact us .

How to shop

Simply navigate around the site, making full use of the buyers guide, product sheets, summary sheets and specifications. When you see the item you would like to buy, click on the 'Add to my Order' button and the item will be placed in your shopping 'trolley'. You are not committed to buy! You may alter the contents of your trolley at anytime up to completion of the final check-out screen. You will be clearly warned when you are committing to a firm order, so relax and enjoy your shopping!

Delivery times

Delivery within UK mainland (excluding some areas of Scottish Highlands) for stock items is usually made within 3 working days and free of charge. If a product is out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery timescale. You are free to cancel your order at any time up to the day of dispatch.  We will not debit your credit card until the goods are on their way to you.

Returns policy

Goods are not supplied on a trial basis. It is your responsibility to check compatibility prior to purchase. If, within 7 days of receipt of your order, you decide the goods you have purchased are not what you had in mind, you may return, at your expense, some or all of the goods you have bought. This is provided that they are in perfect, uninstalled condition and are complete with undamaged packaging. We will process a refund by the same means that the goods were purchased, less a 10% handling charge to cover our re-stocking, administration and outward carriage costs. If you prefer to exchange your returned goods for an alternative product to the same or higher value, we may waive the handling charge.

Please note that we do not accept returns on any of the following:

Units that have been powered up, installed, modified, damaged or abused
Special order products
Custom and cut to length cables
Radio security codes
DVD-ROM / CD-ROM navigation, software and data discs
Products damaged through being returned in inadequate packaging.


How do I Return a Product?
Product must be returned to the address shown below, accompanied by the relevant purchase receipt number(s). A reason for return must be stated , together with the proposed course of action requested. It is your responsibility to ensure the products are securely packaged (radios wrapped only in brown paper or 'Jiffy' bags will not be accepted)

We recommend insurance cover and proof of dispatch is requested and retained for you own protection.

All damaged or incomplete deliveries must be notified to us within seven days of receipt of delivery.

Warranty returns

All Blaupunkt products are covered by a two year world-wide warranty, full details are contained in the owners handbook supplied with the product. If your product develops a fault whilst under warranty, we will either replace or arrange for a repair of the faulty item. This may involve dealing directly with the Blaupunkt nominated service centre.

All goods are priced in pounds sterling. You can pay for your purchases by

If you are not happy about sending your credit card number over the internet, simply select the option to phone or fax us with your payment details.

This site uses Thawte SSL (secure socket layer) encrypted check out pages to ensure privacy of personal information. For security issues, contact our website general manager. All instances of fraudulent or suspicious use of credit cards are passed to the card issuer and the police.

Complaints procedure

We will be pleased to help with any problems you have with our service in an efficient and effective manner. We welcome and value your feedback as guidance for us to improve our service offering. Complaints will be acknowledged within three working days of receipt, together with a proposed course of action and timescale involved.

Out of stock product

If you order a product that is temporarily out of stock, we will E-Mail you with an estimated delivery date. You will then have the option of canceling or waiting for delivery. We will not charge your credit card account until the goods are dispatched to you.

VAT & carriage

The UK rate of VAT (17.5%) is included in all our prices. Goods will need to be signed for on delivery. International orders are charged carriage at cost. We will E-Mail you with the costing, on receipt of your order or by request.
