How to shop
Simply navigate around the site, making full use of the buyers guide,
product sheets, summary sheets and specifications. When you see the item you would like to
buy, click on the 'Add to my Order' button and the item will be placed in your shopping
'trolley'. You are not committed to buy! You may alter the contents of your
trolley at anytime up to completion of the final check-out screen. You will be clearly
warned when you are committing to a firm order, so relax and enjoy your shopping!
Delivery times
Delivery within UK mainland
(excluding some areas of Scottish Highlands) for stock items is usually made within 3 working
days and free of charge. If a product is out of stock we will contact you with an
estimated delivery timescale. You are free to cancel your order at any time up to the day of
dispatch. We will not debit your credit card until the goods are on their way to you.
Returns policy
Goods are not supplied on a trial basis. It is your responsibility to
check compatibility prior to purchase. If, within 7 days of receipt of your order, you
decide the goods you have purchased are not what you had in mind, you may return,
at your expense, some or all
of the goods you have bought. This is provided that they are in perfect, uninstalled
condition and are complete with undamaged packaging. We will process a refund by the same
means that the goods were purchased, less a 10% handling charge to cover our re-stocking,
administration and outward carriage costs. If you prefer to
exchange your returned goods for an alternative
product to the same or higher value, we may waive
the handling charge.
Please note that we do not accept returns on any of the following:
Units that have been powered up, installed,
modified, damaged or abused
Special order products
Custom and cut to length cables
Radio security codes
DVD-ROM / CD-ROM navigation, software and data discs
Products damaged through being returned in inadequate packaging.
How do I Return a Product?
Product must be returned to the address shown below, accompanied by the relevant purchase
receipt number(s). A reason for return must be stated , together with the proposed course of
action requested. It is your responsibility to ensure the products are securely packaged
(radios wrapped only in brown paper or 'Jiffy' bags will not be accepted)

We recommend insurance cover and proof of dispatch is requested and retained for you own
protection.
All damaged or incomplete deliveries must be notified to us within seven
days of receipt of delivery.
Warranty returns
All Blaupunkt products are covered by a two year world-wide warranty,
full details are contained in the owners handbook supplied with the product. If your product
develops a fault whilst under warranty, we will either replace or arrange for
a repair of the
faulty item. This may involve dealing directly with the Blaupunkt nominated
service centre.

Out of stock product
If you order a product that is temporarily out of stock, we will E-Mail
you with an estimated delivery date. You will then have the option of canceling or waiting
for delivery. We will not charge your credit card account until the goods are dispatched to
you.
VAT & carriage
The UK rate of VAT (17.5%) is included in all our prices. Goods will need
to be signed for on delivery. International orders are charged carriage at cost. We will
