Access to all media formats is possible with the Blaupunkt Las Vegas DVD35.

DVD, SVDC, VCD, .JPG, MP3, WMA, CD and RDS Digiceiver® radio can all be handled by this unit.

Dual Zone feature allows different sources to be output to front and rear (headphones) of vehicle.

Black removable flip down front panel, large black on white dot-matrix display and red button illumination.

Powerful 4 x 50W amplifier with X-BASS loudness and five band parametric equaliser.

Easily upgradeable with connections for remote control, CD changer, external amplifiers, car telephone and personal hi-fi auxiliary input.

Radio tuner features:

LW / MW / FM waveband coverage. 25 stations can be preset
SHARX system ensures that even radio station signals that are extremely close together are separated cleanly. SHARX is part of the DigiCeiver® concept
RDS-AF (alternate frequency) feature inaudibly retunes the receiver to the best available signal for the station that is currently set
Travelstore automatically stores the six most powerful radio stations transmitting locally in the FM memory bank
TA (traffic announcement) will switch station for the duration of a traffic report. The original station is restored at the end of the report. Tone, balance and volume of traffic announcements can be independently set.
Scrolling display of radio text information can switched on or off
PTY-EON (programme type) information displays and allows selection of similar types of programme (news, pop, classics, sport etc.)
Preset scan will play all receivable stations for a period (can be adjusted between 5 and 30 seconds)

MP3 / WMA features:

MP3 / WMA files can be grouped into a maximum of 254 directories of up to 599 files each. Directories can be nested up to 5 levels
MP3 / WMA decoder will support variable bit rates between 8 kbps and 320 kbps
Both directory and file names can be displayed. Unit will also display ID-3 tag (version 1) information
Display can be configured to always scroll directory / file / artist / track / album name once, every time a track is selected
Fast searching, random play, track scan and track repeat functions

Amplifier features:

4 x 50W max power amplifier (4 x 24W RMS). Separate adjustments for treble, bass, fader and balance
Dual Zone output allows rear speakers to be turned off, DVD/CD audio to be listened to on headphones, while a different source is heard on front speakers (requires dual zone wired remote control RC13H)
Speed dependant sound adjustment automatically increases volume, by one of six profiles, to compensate for increased noise at higher speeds (requires provision of GALA speed pulse by installer)
Source-specific sound adjustment. Bass & treble settings can be different for each sound input source
Five band parametric equaliser
Vehicle presets give equaliser settings optimised for various vehicle interiors (Compact, Four door, Van, Truck etc.)
Six sound presets (pop, jazz, classical etc) are provided as pre-programmed equaliser settings, as alternative to manual adjustment
X-BASS loudness sound enhancement for low level listening. Six levels of boost for any one of five frequencies can be set (each audio source can have its own level setting)
Power on and mute volume can be independently set
Four channel (2.0V) preamp output for connecting external amplifiers (requires accessory cable)
Internal amplifiers can be turned off if external amplifier is connected
Separate preamp output for subwoofer (requires accessory cable)

Other features:

Blaupunkt compatible infra-red remote controls can be added as an optional accessory. Unit can be linked to many makes of factory-fitted remote controls with an additional adaptor (some functions can only be controlled by included RC14H remote)
Telephone audio can be fed through radio's amplifier and listened to via vehicle speaker system (requires accessory lead)
Mute facility can be manually selected, or automatically activated by hands free phone call. Mute volume level is adjustable
Two auxiliary inputs allow connection of external Walkman or iPod MP3 device etc. (requires accessory cable)
Display brightness during day and nighttime can be adjusted to suit viewing conditions
Display angle (contrast) can be adjusted to suit viewing angle
Timer allows one hour of use with ignition switched off, to protect vehicle's battery
Clock display (12/24hour) can be selected. Clock display can show continuously while any audio source is activated, or when radio is turned off but vehicle ignition is on. Clock can be manually or automatically set (by RDS signal)
TMC output for feeding compatible Blaupunkt navigation systems with traffic congestion data, when tuned to a station broadcasting TMC information
